(the “Company”), has been appointed as the Company’s interim Chief Financial Officer, until a new Chief Financial Officer is in place. Dr. Durrant succeeds David L. Tousley, who resigned as the Company’s interim Chief Financial Officer effective August 11, 2017. Dr. Durrant does not have any direct or indirect material interest in any transaction with the Company required to be disclosed pursuant to Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K….”
